Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao @ Sky on 57

this was my appetizer, yep all 5 for myself. usually it would be too much. but I can never have enough foie gras AND it came with paper-thin wrapper and one of the most savory broth I’ve ever taste (second to the Shanghai-style of course!).

    .The Shanghai style is usually packaged in a thick soft rod to be sliced up or packaged pre-sliced and either stir-fried or added to soup. The Shanghai style keeps the nian gao white and made with non-glutinous rice.
